1. What we handle
- The KakaoTalk chat file you upload is read and counted inside your own browser. The file itself is never sent to our server.
- For the AI analysis: stats and the chat text, with every member renamed to labels such as 멤버A and phone numbers, emails and account numbers masked.
- Access logs such as IP address and time may be recorded while the server runs.
- The finished result (member names, the personality read, awards, stats and a few quoted lines) is kept so it can be reopened and shared by link. Anyone with the link can see it.
- Anonymous daily totals: how many rooms were analyzed, the sum of their messages and members, how many rooms fall into each size and length range, and how often a result link was previewed. They hold no name, chat text, result link or IP address, so no one can be picked out from them.
2. Why
To show the chat stats, write the AI personality read and the group chat awards, limit how often the AI analysis can be requested, and see from the anonymous totals how the service is used.
3. How long
We never store the chat file. Material sent for the AI analysis is not stored; the AI's intermediate answers are kept for up to a day so the same chat can be analyzed again. The finished result and its link preview picture are deleted automatically seven days after they are made. Access logs are kept only as long as running the server requires. The anonymous totals cannot identify anyone and are kept without a time limit.

5. Other members
A chat file holds what other members wrote. Please let them know before you upload it.
